P.J. Thompson celebrates a milestone birthday this day (Feb. 24) as shares his thoughts on rising up in a basketball household, his role on coach Matt Painter’s coaching workers, the challenges of excelling as a freshman and heaps extra.

After a good Purdue profession, Thompson is in his 2nd one year as a graduate assistant. His role contains opponent scouting, movie breakdown, serving to with individual workout routines and administrative tasks as he breaks into the collegiate coaching ranks.

Thompson spent the the 2018-19 season playing professionally in the Netherlands after being a three-one year starter from 2016 to 2018. He in the period in-between ranks 2nd in profession reduction / turnover ratio (2.94), is 10th in profession 3-point percentage (.404) and 15th in profession 3-pointers made (161) at Purdue. He seemed in 137 games, the eighth most in college history and helped Purdue to a 104-37 yarn and the 2017 Good Ten Championship in some unspecified time in the future of his time with the Boilermakers.
